Job Description

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Business, Marketing, or equivalent qualifications. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth within our clients piping systems and building technology solutions. This position will involve working directly with our client to expand market reach, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Formulate and implement a territory-specific sales plan to achieve set revenue targets. Client Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders such as Architects, MEP Consultants, Developers, Contractors, and Distributors to promote our clients piping systems solutions. Sales Consulting: Conduct technical presentations and provide tailored, solution-based sales consultancy to clients. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts to close deals. Channel Partner Management: Work closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations and successful project execution. Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge. Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and reports to management teams. Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with technical and support teams to address client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Mandatory Skills: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fluid transport solutions and building technology applications. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
