1. Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity of Used car loan in given territory.
2. Maintaining relationships with the Manufacturing team and working closely with them.3. Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of business in his territory.4. Ensure presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the territory.5. Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in the market & being updated on all market trends.6. Maintaining relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.7. Monitoring the schemes, timely dealer payouts, training and managing Sales Executives8. Evaluating and monitoring SEs performance, gate keeping of Sales process. Ensuring Supervisory controls all the time.
