Your primary responsibility will be to lead an aggressive growth campaign focused on business development and sales. Your role will involve developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to generate new sales from targeted markets, business streams, and industry sectors. By leveraging all available channels and ensuring the quality, timing, and strategic alignment of sales efforts, you will support the business's growth requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the launch of new products and services while optimizing existing offerings through a comprehensive marketing mix that includes both online and offline activities tailored to meet market demands. In this role, your success will be measured by your ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and marketing professionals to surpass growth targets through proactive prospecting and high levels of sales and business development activities. Collaboration across the organization will be essential to jointly own and execute a business plan that delivers on key metrics and strategic growth objectives. You will need to demonstrate strong client acquisition, account management, and relationship-building skills to effectively position BSI's products and services at the executive level with current and prospective clients. As a brand ambassador for BSI, you will embody our values by acting ethically, adhering to company policies, and advocating BSI services to clients to enhance their business performance and foster a culture of excellence. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets and revenue goals for all product lines in your assigned territory, cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with consultants and partners, monitoring competitors" activities, preparing quotations, updating the CRM system, attending industry events, and collaborating with your team to achieve regional KPIs. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with at least 11 years of relevant experience. You should demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent presentation abilities, proficiency in MS Office applications, and familiarity with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com. Previous experience as a Territory Sales Manager or in a similar role, strong leadership and team management skills, willingness to travel, and effective written communication skills are also essential.
