Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing key distributors, dealers, and driving sales in the assigned territory. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in demand generation activities and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective after-sales services. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and appoint distributors & dealers in the territory - Review distributor & dealer performance regularly - Develop strong interpersonal relations with dealers to enhance business partnerships - Formulate SOPs to ensure proper after-sales services by distributors & dealers - Resolve any conflicts that may arise - Formulate sales budget in consultation with ZM/DGM - Execute sales-related schemes for the region - Ensure efficient order to cash collection process - Track sales booking, indenting, and delivery with coordination between departments - Plan and execute demand generation activities - Motivate the team of MDOs to enhance farmer connect - Monitor farmer connect to convert leads successfully - Coordinate with the marketing team for ATL activities - Provide technical agronomy training to the MDO team Qualification Required: - BSc Agriculture (MSc Agri or ABM preferred) Additional Company Details: The company is seeking a dynamic individual with multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, a willingness to travel extensively, sound agriculture knowledge, and experience in the seed potato or agri input industry.
