Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Manager Sales, your role involves selling a range of science and lab products to customers in the Biotech industry, primarily in Surat. Your responsibilities will include: - Selling lab equipment, plastic consumables, chemicals, media, and research instruments from top brands such as Thermo Fisher, Mole Bio, Siemens, and Hamilton. - Visiting customers to understand their requirements and recommending the most suitable products. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key personnel in client companies. - Collaborating with product partners to meet sales targets. - Identifying and reaching out to new clients to expand the business. - Monitoring competitors" activities and staying updated on market trends. - Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and preparing reports. - Representing our brand professionally and positively in all interactions. Qualifications required for this role include: - A graduate degree, preferably in Science or Business. Relevant work experience will also be considered. - Previous sales experience in the biotech or lab products industry. - Proficiency in using CRM tools like Zoho. - Knowledge of biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and healthcare sectors is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams. - Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment and strives to achieve goals. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Fluency in English is preferred, and there is an expectation of 25% travel. The work location is in person.,
