Job Description

Job Objective: Manage the sales of a territory for stainless steel business comprising of Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled and Pipe products, with the goal of achieving targeted sales growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in executing strategic sales plans and contributing to business growth. In-depth understanding of the industry, specifically in stainless steel pipes or a similar field, which allows for effective market insights. Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels. Ability to manage sales operations, including logistics and order processing, to ensure timely and efficient delivery services. Experience in enforcing compliance with company policies and improving operational procedures. Competence in gathering and analyzing market data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions. Capability to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations for senior management. Capacity to adapt to new market trends and innovate sales approaches to capitalize on business opportunities. Willingness to collaborate with Planning, Dispatch teams and support customer needs
