Roles & Responsibilities:- Onboarding new doctors in the defined territory. Retaining onboarded doctors and fostering strong relationships. The candidate should meet atleast 6 doctors, need to attempt 1012 doctors. You need to have driving licence, 2 wheeler and an android phone. Assuming responsibility for the entire assigned territory. Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors. Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) and In Clinic (OPD) camps. Skills & Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in doctor/patient onboarding, with a preference for candidates with a background in Gynecology. Mandatory field sales experience.
