Territory Sales Manager

As a Sales Associate based in Kurnool & Anantpur (Andhra Pradesh) with 3-5 years of experience in the Kitchen Appliances Industry or Consumer Durables, you will play a crucial role in supporting individual stores, managers, and the overall team within the region. Your responsibilities will include visiting retail counters as per the daily visit plan, building relationships with dealers and distributors, promoting schemes, taking orders, and resolving queries. You will collaborate with the reporting manager to ensure retail branding requirements are met at the counter and execute sales & distributor management effectively. Setting individual sales targets, guiding the sales team, and expanding the dealer network will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners to drive new business for our products. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience in the consumer durables and appliances industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Your ability to multitask, work effectively in teams, and communicate in local/regional languages will be valuable assets in achieving sales targets and providing excellent service.
