Area Sales Manager (ASM)

We are hiring for Area Sales Manager for Chennai location

Salary: 4.2 -4.8 LPA CTC

Preferred candidate profile Should be from Consumer Durables specifically from Kitchen Appliances Segment

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Manage the sales for the region.
• Responsible for new business development.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and generate new sales leads, follow up on prospects, and manage a pipeline of potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through direct sales, project-based sales, and channel partner engagement.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and solutions to customers, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of kitchen appliances.
• Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle the current market and establish new distributors & dealers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of sales experience in consumer durables.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office specially power point and Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Strong leadership quality.
• Well versed with local/regional languages.
• Ability to work in teams.
