Job Description

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving B2B institutional sales, directly collaborating with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. The role focuses on promoting and implementing Catalyst Education’s courses, building strong institutional relationships, generating revenue, and supporting brand-building activities in assigned regions. The ASM will work closely with and report to the Marketing Department.

1. B2B Institutional Collaboration

● Identify and approach potential institutions for collaboration.

● Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations for Principals, HODs, and management.

● Understand institution needs and offer appropriate Catalyst Education courses and partnerships.

● Manage onboarding of new institutions from initial contact to agreement signing. 2. Course Promotion & Implementation

● Present Catalyst’s course modules, benefits, and implementation structure to institutions. ● Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth installation and setup of courses.

● Support the institution during the initial rollout and ensure successful implementation.

● Collect feedback and address institution concerns on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
