Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in the assigned territory. 2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose solutions that meet their objectives. 3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques. 4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of products or services. 5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with customers to achieve win-win outcomes. Close sales and ensure timely payment collection. 6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide feedback to the management team regarding sales strategies and market conditions. 7. Individual Contributor: Employee will be responsible for generating leads through individual sales. 8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements. Key Requirements:- 1. Sales TGT Achievement 3 Vehicle Per Month- 2. Sales Pipeline Generation- Field Visit, BTL Activities, Per day 25 Customers Visit & 20 Trials in a month 3. Engagement with Business Stakeholders (Dealership Team, Financers, Brokers, Cargo Union Leaders) 4. Daily Reporting on Sales Pipeline Status 5. Tracking Competition Model Price Discount/ Schemes
