Role Responsibilities:

✅ Drive sales of breakthrough medical equipment to hospitals, clinics & partners

✅ Build and nurture relationships with doctors & hospital admins

✅ Identify and develop new dealer networks, freelancers, and channel partners

✅ Conduct demos, field visits, market research, and competitor tracking

✅ Align insights with internal teams for strategic execution

✅ Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets with a focus on long-term growth

Required Qualifications:

🎯 Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business

🎯 Minimum 5 years’ experience in MedTech/equipment sales

🎯 Excellent communication & negotiation skills

🎯 Field-ready with regional travel flexibility

🎯 Multilingual proficiency preferred
