The Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the greenfield development of your territory for our high performance waterproofing and flooring products. This will include establishing customer connections, marketing & sales, supply & execution and payments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage waterproofing and flooring projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of Mumbai / Pune's geography, including key market players, consultants, and premium applicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, premium applicators, and contractors to drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
• Work closely under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to align project execution with regional business objectives.
• Willing to travel across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa and be available for emergency travel as required.
• Maintain project records, progress reports, and coordinate with the internal team for seamless execution.
