Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager at Ansell, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding targeted sales of Ansell products within the assigned territory and vertical in line with the Ansell strategy. You will work through distributors and end users by facilitating the development of promotional programs and assisting in training the distributors" sales force. Your objective will be to maximize conversions to the Ansell range, maintain recurrent business, and create a value proposition through end user loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Directly assess, analyze, prioritize, plan, and execute Ansell's end-user business within the designated territory to achieve defined revenue and share objectives. - Formulate sales and conversion plans on a monthly basis and carry them out within the territory, interacting with/coaching peers to enhance vertical knowledge and sales efficiency. - Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at site, regional decision-making levels, and with internal stakeholders and colleagues. - Identify and prioritize new business and growth opportunities. - Monitor performance and liaise with distributors to maximize profile with the distributor/end-user networks. - Conduct sales activities through distributors ensuring effective coverage in geographical areas and key trade segments. - Achieve profit objectives through pricing control and expense management. - Prepare relevant sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts ensuring timely presentation to line managers and concerned departments. - Monitor competitor activities in the market and distribution channels and develop appropriate strategies in conjunction with sales leaders. - Supervise and train distributors" staff in Ansell specific knowledge and procedures.
