Territory Sales Incharge

You will be taking on the role of a Territory Sales Incharge based in Guwahati on a full-time, on-site basis. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and drive sales activities within the designated territory. Key tasks will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing sales operations, providing training to sales team members, appointing new distributors, executing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. Prior experience in sales and sales management is essential, along with the capacity to conduct training sessions and enhance the skills of sales staff. A proven track record of meeting sales objectives is highly valued. While a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, the capability to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities effectively, and a background in the electrical solutions industry would be advantageous.
