Job Description

As a Territory Incharge/Manager, your role is crucial in leading sales initiatives, managing a team of sales executives, and driving business growth in the assigned territories. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and building strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts - Monitor team performance through clear KPIs and sales goals - Identify and target high-potential market segments and customer profiles - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction - Negotiate deals, pricing, and contracts to maximize business outcomes Key Skills: - Proven team handling and target achievement experience - Self-driven, dynamic, and confident with a strong result-oriented approach - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any stream / Masters degree / MBA - 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably from IT, Telecom, B2B, B2C, FMCG, or relevant field sales backgrounds The company offers a competitive salary of 7.5 - 8.5 LPA (Includes 1L Performance Bonus) along with incentives, perks, TA/DA, cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and willingness to travel up to 50% is also preferred. The work location is in person.,
