Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge based in Kolhapur. The Territory Sales Incharge will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with customers, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide support and training to the sales team. They will also be responsible for executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Strong knowledge of Channle sales is prefered.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or lubricant industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Sales experience with

  • Proven records of Market Development is required.
