Qualification: HS / Graduation

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Food Industry / Dairy / FMCG

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (based on experience & skills)

1. Position Overview

The Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) / Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, and ensuring effective market coverage in the assigned territory. The role is ideal for candidates with early-stage FMCG sales experience and strong knowledge of retail operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.

Increase product sales, market share, and outlet penetration.

Market Coverage & Retail Execution

Ensure daily market visits in assigned routes.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in retail outlets.

Activate new retail outlets and improve sales in existing outlets.

Implement schemes, promotions, and product launches effectively.

Distributor & Stock Management

Coordinate with the distributor on inventory, billing, and order fulfillment.

Ensure timely lifting of stock and monitor distributor sales team performance.

Assist in expanding distributor network when required.

Competitor & Market Insights

Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market trends.

Share regular market feedback with the senior sales team.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain route plans, beat-wise sales tracking, and secondary sales reports.

Submit daily market reports, sales summaries, and activity updates.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

Higher Secondary (HS) / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

1–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG / Dairy Products / Food Industry.

Skills

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of sales operations and retail distribution.

Ability to work on Excel/WhatsApp-based reporting.

Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred (if required by company).

Self-motivated and target-driven.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Daily/Monthly sales achievement.

Outlet coverage & new outlet additions.

Distributor coordination & secondary sales performance.

Visibility and merchandising in market.

Market feedback & reporting accuracy.

5. Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).

TA/DA as per company norms.

Performance incentives (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
