Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Territory Sales Incharge located in South India. The role involves managing sales operations within an assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include market analysis, executing sales strategies, addressing client needs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Incharge will also monitor competitor activities and participate in regional business development activities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Strong analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the specialty chemicals, petrochemical, or lubricants markets is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
