Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Incharge at Pidilite in Trichy, your main responsibility will be to achieve overall sales objectives for the assigned territory. You will be expected to achieve primary sales targets, secondary targets in designated outlets, and specific product-wise sales objectives on a monthly/quarterly basis. Additionally, you will need to manage WSS (Wide Spectrum Stores) effectively, maintain trade relationships, and engage with end-users through various activities. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Overall sales objective for the territory - Reach Primary Sales Target and Secondary targets in DRCP outlets in the Assigned WSS TTY - Meet Specific Product wise sales Objectives on a Monthly/Quarterly basis as per the plan - Understand and manage WSS functions such as policy enforcement, claim management, and balance confirmations - Provide support to Secondary in ISR Covered Outlets - Deliver Secondary Targets in Top outlets through engagement and tie-up Program - Engage with end-users through activities like Naka meet, RKP, and Formal Meet - Enroll new Users in RTG Program and encourage them to accumulate higher Points every Month Qualifications Required: - 4 to 9 years of on-roll experience in Channel Sales, B2C Sales, and B2B Sales - Maximum age up to 32 years - Education: Any graduate - Excellent communication skills Note: For further details and to express your interest, please share your resume to ots1281@pidilite.com or contact the provided number 9007377402.
