Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Territory Sales Incharge located in South India. The role involves managing sales operations within an assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include market analysis, executing sales strategies, addressing client needs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Incharge will also monitor competitor activities and participate in regional business development activities. Qualifications Proven expertise in sales, business development, and relationship management Strong analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the specialty chemicals, petrochemical, or lubricants markets is preferred Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Territory Sales Incharge based in India. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base within the designated territory, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Additional duties include identifying business opportunities, providing technical and product-related support to clients, preparing detailed sales reports, participating in trade exhibitions, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends to ensure a competitive edge. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management Knowledge of specialty chemicals and specific expertise in the crude oil refining, petrochemical, or related industries is preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while achieving targets Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and sales activities
