Territory Sales Executive

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team goals will be a key part of your role. You will also be in charge of all the operations of the branch. Providing ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance is essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling will be crucial. Prospecting and onboarding new clients to expand the company's customer base is also part of the job. Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization is another key responsibility. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote publications and services is also expected. Additionally, preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management is required. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a requirement - Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the publishing industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans - Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of the publishing industry, including current trends and competitors - Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events - Minimum 7-8 years of experience in the publishing domain is required You will be working full-time with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
