Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets (value, units) and effectively manage the territorial distribution network. Recruit, assess, and build strong relationships with dealers (surgical/pharma), while monitoring their stock and sales. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Meet customer call targets, generate demand for products, and drive company strategies. Provide product and therapy information, maintain customer databases, and provide accurate market insights. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering preferred). 2-6 years of sales experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharmacy, with a preference for Medical Devices. Demonstrated knowledge of dealer networks within the assigned territory, coupled with strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills. What sets B. Braun apart? B.
