Territory Sales Executive (TSE)

Role Objective:

To drive sales growth, enhance market presence, and build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and influencers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets

• Expand the dealer network and ensure effective channel management

• Drive market development activities and brand engagement initiatives

• Collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure service excellence

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Maintain accurate and timely reporting through CRM tools

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Business

• Candidates with an MBA in Sales/Marketing will have an added advantage

• 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in paints, FMCG, or building materials

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms

• Familiarity with the local market will be an added advantage
