carry out Planning, Mobilising, Constructing and commissioning retail outlets in respective Territory. He also report to Territory Manager for all day to day activities with respect to Maintenance in steady state period.

Job Responsibilities

Techno -Commercial

• Site selection and site survey is done before preparation of final drawing for the new Retail Outlet before LOI ( includes Soil testing if needed)
• Provide estimated NC (Normative Cost) for the proposed Retail Outlets before LOI and getting sign off.
• Prepare the TS (Technical Specifications) documents as per the requirements
• Ensure the correct NC is included in the TS
• Ensure that the drawing is prepared as per requirement of statutory authorities.
• Drawings shall be with zero deviations.
• Ensuring kick off meetings/site visits and inspection as required
• Develop contractors for civil, Mechanical and Electrical work locally.
• Minimise cost of Construction by proposing techniques and getting approval
• Provide the actual Cost for the constructed ROs

Construction Supervision

• Ensure that the facilities at the Retail Outlet are constructed as per the approved drawings, Engineering Manual and standards/SOPs
• Ensure that the quality of material being used at the Construction site is as per Company standards.
• Ensure that the equipments as per Letter of Appointment are ordered from our registered Vendor only. The MIS to be given on weekly basis to the HO.
• Material planning to be done in advance and intimated/arranged
• Ensure that the facilities are constructed as per the drawing only
• Inspect under construction ROs at required milestones.
• Making RO ready for commissioning and. liquidating punch points in timely fashion.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation of automation equipment and monitor performance.
• Ensure As Built drawings are prepared.

• Steady State Maintenance of Retail Outlets

• Ensure minimum downtime of all the dispensers
• Liaison with OEMs for timely and quality response to complaints.
• Convince Dealers to tie up for AMC’s.
• Carry out supervision for maintenance of COCO, DODO and CODO’s
• Carry out Engineering Inspection of the Retail Outlets to check for Facilities, Safety.
• Carry out Asset Verification Inspection of Retail Outlets
• Training Dealers on RO operations, Engineering activities, construction, equipment’s, material ,quality work, & safety

• Graduate Engineer OR Diploma preferably Civil/ Mechanical with Project Management Experience.
