Job Description

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and market share objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing business.
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, doctors, purchase managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to educate customers on the company's product portfolio and value proposition.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable market feedback.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
