Territory Manager

Responsibilities

Sales

• Oversee activities at the bus parking area.

• Own offline bus ticket sales in the region through travel agents and maintain daily sales records.
• Achieve ticket sales targets and agent onboarding numbers while educating and training agents on the B2B portal.
• Handle spot bus ticket bookings and boarding point sales activities.

Operations

• Ensure smooth boarding of passengers at designated boarding points through bus captains.
• Verify that all bus amenities match what is promised to customers.
• Supervise service performance and drive continuous improvement in customer ratings, NPS, on-time arrivals, and departures.
• Coordinate regularly with bus operators and their staff to resolve bus-related issues promptly.
• Manage ground staff, including bus captains and drivers/helpers, ensuring adherence to SOPs and compliance standards..

Requirements

1. 28 years of relevant experience in

   Field Sales and Operations.

   (approx. 70% sales, 30% operations).
2. Willingness to work

   dynamic hours

   , including late nights. Usual work timings:

   11AM – 11PM

   ; availability on phone may be required during off-hours.
3. Team Handling Experience is a must.

4. Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.

5. Complete ownership of business operations and growth for the assigned city.
6. The candidate must have worked for at least 2 years in a single organization.
