Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver month-on-month targets of loan disbursals, focusing on both the quality and quantity of

  TW loans

  in your territory.
• Maintain relationships with the manufacturing team and key channel partners/dealers, working closely with them to achieve business goals.
• Develop strategies and business plans for the further growth of business within your assigned territory.
• Ensure a strong presence in all potential dealerships and outlets within the territory.
• Conduct

  competition mapping

  to keep track of market trends and stay updated on competitors activities.
• Monitor schemes and ensure timely dealer payouts.
• Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of Sales Executives (SEs), ensuring supervisory controls over the sales process at all times.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in delivering loan disbursal targets, with a focus on two-wheeler loans.
• Strong skills in developing business strategies and market growth plans.
• Excellent relationship management abilities with dealers and channel partners.
• Experience in competition mapping and market trend analysis.
• Leadership skills to train, manage, and evaluate the performance of a sales team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the quality and quantity of loans.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
