Company Description Since 2008, PayPoint India has been providing financial and payment services to underserved consumers through a vast retail franchise network. The network spans urban and rural areas across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India, using various infrastructures like web login, mobile apps, POS terminals, biometric readers, mobile ATMs, and prepaid cards. PayPoint's agents facilitate services such as banking, insurance, loans, investments, utility payments, recharges, local taxes, and travel bookings for millions of customers each month. Over 150 leading Indian service providers, including major banks and state utilities, partner with PayPoint to acquire new customers and service their existing base. As an RBI-authorized operator, PayPoint issues prepaid wallets and RuPay cards and collaborates with Fintechs to offer customized payment solutions. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's network of agents in their assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with retail agents, providing training and support, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with service providers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
