Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai for the position of Territory Manager at Bajaj Life. The Territory Manager will oversee the development and management of sales activities within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, leading and mentoring sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The individual will track market trends, analyze performance data, and work to meet and exceed targets while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills, including expertise in developing strategies and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and inspire a sales team effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to foster and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for performance tracking, data analysis, and making informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or territory management role within the insurance or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
