Territory Manager - Jabalpur (Aftermarket sales)

As a Territory Manager at Total Energies, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution for the Aftermarket lubricants business. Your main responsibilities include: - Achieving sales budget by formulating sales strategy based on broad directives from the Regional Manager. - Driving volume and distribution expansion within your assigned territory. - Ensuring collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy. - Setting targets for the primary network while considering volume growth, outflow, and extraction of market potential. - Building and strengthening relations with key customers across the territory. - Planning and conducting demand generation activities throughout the territory. - Organizing and conducting dealer/mechanic meets as part of customer engagement programs. - Ensuring optimal allocation and effective utilization of the advertising and promotion budget. - Implementing centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, campaigns, etc., effectively. - Establishing market intelligence to gather information on competition and the business environment. - Adhering to all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy. - Planning, budgeting, and controlling all expenses with effective monitoring systems. - Mapping and analyzing the secondary network and taking suitable actions to ensure stability and growth. - Conducting additional demand generation activities as necessary. You should have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role to be considered for this position.,
