Job Description

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory
Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Advisors for health insurance sales
Drive recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to ensure productivity and performance
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and provide timely feedback and coaching
Build strong business relationships with distributors, partners, and clients to drive business growth
Implement sales strategies to improve penetration in the local market
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory compliance
Liaise with internal teams like underwriting, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales service
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Plan and execute local promotional campaigns, events, and activities to generate leads
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred

Experience Requirements:

6+ years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in health insurance
Minimum 2-3 years in a team management role under the direct channel
