Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and develop a territory-specific working plan based on provided data and market research. - Follow up, monitor, and achieve targets set for the territory. - Implement and execute all strategies effectively. - Engage with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies. - Maintain discipline and punctuality in adherence to set timelines for various internal processes. - Possess basic computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email communication. - Demonstrate a fast learning ability and adaptability to changes in the market. - Exhibit strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language. - Deliver effective in-clinic performance. - Have a basic understanding and the ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio. - Organize camps (CME) in alignment with divisional strategies and customer requirements. - Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. - Generate purchase orders for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
