Territory Business Manager - General Medicine - Indore

You will be responsible for analysing and preparing a working plan for the territory based on provided data and market research. Your key tasks will include following up, monitoring, and achieving targets for the territory, as well as implementing and executing all strategies. Engaging with stakeholders such as doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies will be crucial. It is important to maintain discipline and punctuality in meeting set timelines for various internal processes. Additionally, you should possess basic computer skills including working with Excel, Word, and email exchanges. Being a fast learner and adaptable to market changes is essential. Strong communication skills in both English and the local language are required. Demonstrating effective in-clinic performance and having a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio is necessary. You will also be responsible for organising camps (CME) in alignment with division strategy and customer needs, conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands, and generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. However, freshers with good communication and analytical skills will also be considered.
