Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Business Manager located in Dehradun. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting the company's products. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing effective sales strategies, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and regularly reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
• Competence in product demonstrations and addressing customer concerns
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of medical products is beneficial
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
