Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and develop a comprehensive working plan for your assigned territory based on provided data and market research - Follow up, monitor, and achieve targets set for the territory - Implement and execute all designated strategies effectively - Engage with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions pharmacy - Maintain discipline and punctuality in meeting timelines for various internal processes - Utilize basic computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email communication - Demonstrate a fast learning ability and adaptability to market changes - Exhibit strong verbal communication skills in both English and the local language - Deliver effective in-clinic performances - Possess a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and product portfolio to effectively communicate with stakeholders - Organize camps (CME) in alignment with division strategy and customer requirements - Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitor brands - Generate Purchase Orders (POBs) for Abbott brands as per the business plan Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience - Freshers with excellent communication skills and analytical abilities will also be considered - Educational background in B.Sc. or B.Pharma.
