Territory Business Manager-Asha-Bhopal

As a territory sales manager at Abbott, your role involves analysing and preparing a working plan based on provided data and market research. You will be responsible for following up, monitoring, and achieving targets for your territory. Implementation and execution of all strategies, along with stakeholder engagement with doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies, are crucial aspects of your job. Being disciplined and punctual with set timelines for multiple internal processes is essential. Your basic computer skills, including working with Excel, Word, and email exchanges, will be utilized regularly. As a fast learner, you should be adaptable to changes in the market and possess strong communication skills in both English and the local language. Effective in-clinic performance, basic understanding of anatomy physiology, and the ability to explain product portfolios are key requirements for this role. Organizing camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs, conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands, and generating POBs for Abbott brands align with the business plan.
