Tendering Specialist

1. Tender Management:

• Regularly monitor and identify relevant tenders on various government and state tender portals.
• Review tender documents, assess requirements, and prepare checklist of submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, finance, technical) for collecting necessary documents.

2. Tender Submission & Bidding:

• Complete online/offline tender applications with accuracy and within deadlines.
• Ensure all bid documentation is compliant with tender terms.
• Manage EMD, bid security, and document uploads.
• Track submission status, bid opening updates, and evaluation process.

3. Post-Bid Coordination:

• Follow up on the status of submitted tenders.
• Coordinate and support during rate finalization and contract negotiation.
• Ensure smooth communication with tender authorities and internal stakeholders.

4. Post-Tender Award Activities:

• Follow up for issuance of 

  LOI (Letter of Intent)

   and 

  PO (Purchase Order)

  .
• Create and share a 

  Material Readiness Report

   with the concerned authority.
• Raise 

  Inspection Offers

  , coordinate for inspection schedules, and share final 

  Inspection Reports

  .

5. Dispatch & Documentation:

• Coordinate for DI (Dispatch Instruction).
• Prepare and share 

  Invoice

   and other post-dispatch documents with the client.
• Maintain organized documentation and records for audit and compliance.
