Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Gurugram. The Tendering Specialist will manage the entire tender process, including preparation of bids, proposal writing, and procurement activities. Responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with requirements, and submitting high-quality proposals. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and providing analytical insights to improve tender success rates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, Experience in Renewable industry will be added advantage Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of Procurement processes and best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus
