Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Gurugram. The Tendering Specialist will manage the entire tender process, including preparation of bids, proposal writing, and procurement activities. Responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with requirements, and submitting high-quality proposals. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and providing analytical insights to improve tender success rates. Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented professional to lead the (Commercial and Solar) C&I Solar Sales Vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and closing opportunities for rooftop and open-access solar projects in the C&I segment. The role demands a strong understanding of Solar Energy solutions, commercial structuring, regulatory knowledge and a proven ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles. Key Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of solar technology, project finance and regulatory frameworks Excellent negotiations, communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools and sales reporting Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales target Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering/ MBA in Renewable Energy or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of experience in the solar or Renewable Energy industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or business development role. Proven experience in large scale solar projects and managing solar units. Certification in Business Development or Renewable Energy is a plus.
