Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented professional to lead the (Commercial and Solar) C&I Solar Sales Vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and closing opportunities for rooftop and open-access solar projects in the C&I segment. The role demands a strong understanding of Solar Energy solutions, commercial structuring, regulatory knowledge and a proven ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of solar technology, project finance and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent negotiations, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools and sales reporting
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales target

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/ MBA in Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Minimum of

  12 years of experience

  in the solar or Renewable Energy industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or business development role.
• Proven experience in large scale solar projects and managing solar units.
• Certification in Business Development or Renewable Energy is a plus.
