Tendering Specialist

The Senior Officer / Specialist - Strategic Account Tender Team position at CMA CGM Global Business Services involves overseeing the management of tenders, off-tenders, and rate filings for strategic accounts. You will be responsible for adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compiling and dispatching tenders, off-tenders, and rate filings. Timely submission of all documents and proactive follow-ups with trades and pricers are crucial to meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Additionally, you will manage service contracts for US trade lanes, ensuring compliance with guidelines and achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in tender management or commercial operations within the shipping industry, and proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with container shipping tender processes and systems like LARA will be advantageous.
