Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tendering Specialist, based in Vadodara with some work-from-home flexibility. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, conducting assessments, preparing proposals, and participating in procurement activities. Daily tasks will include analyzing tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements, coordinating with various departments for necessary information, and managing timelines for submissions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct detailed evaluations
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Procurement processes
• Relevant experience in the electrical industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
