Job Description:

We are looking for a Tendering & Estimation Engineer responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring timely submission of competitive bids. The role requires coordination with technical, procurement, and factory teams, as well as interaction with defense, aerospace, railways, and other key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and manage tenders from portals (including GEM), government sites, and clients.

2. Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.

3. Prepare cost estimates and ensure accurate, on-time bid submissions.

4. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for pricing and compliance.

5. Liaise with defense, aerospace, and rail clients for tender discussions and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

2. Mandatory experience with GEM portal.

3. 1–3 years of experience in tendering & estimation.

4. Prior experience with defense, HAL, ordnance factories, shipyards, or railways preferred.

5. Strong technical understanding, costing knowledge, and documentation skills.
