Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Manager - Defence, located in Gurugram. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire tender process for defence contracts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and submitting tenders, ensuring compliance with requirements, and closely interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. The role also involves market research, risk assessment, and continuous monitoring of the tendering processes for competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tender Management, Contract Management, and Defence Industry
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Proposal Writing, and Documentation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Defence Procurement Policies and Procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tender Management Software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
