Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive, located in Gurugram. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process including identifying opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. The role involves conducting thorough research, preparing documents, performing compliance checks, and monitoring tender submissions. The Tender Executive will also track tender deadlines, maintain records, and analyse results to improve future responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering, bid management, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and contracts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software.

Budget -up to 4.5LPA.
