Tender executive

Job Summary:

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting winning proposals. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze tender opportunities from government, private, and international portals.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids in accordance with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Gather necessary documentation (technical, financial, and legal) from relevant departments.
• Prepare and review pre-qualification documents, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Maintain an up-to-date library of standard company documents and templates.
• Ensure all tenders are submitted on time and in the correct format.
• Track submitted tenders and update management on outcomes and feedback.
• Follow up with clients on submitted tenders and attend pre-bid meetings if required.
• Maintain accurate records of all tenders, including status, deadlines, and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and internal approval procedures.
• Support audits and due diligence processes related to tendering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
