Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive based in Mumbai. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing and preparing tender documents, evaluating and analyzing tender requirements, and coordinating with various departments to obtain inputs for tender submissions. The role involves ensuring tender compliance, monitoring tender portals, and maintaining records of submitted tenders. Additionally, the Tender Executive will engage in follow-up activities with clients and provide support in contract negotiations.

Qualifications

Experience in preparing and managing tender documents
Strong analytical and evaluation skills for tender requirements
Coordination skills to gather inputs from various departments
Attention to detail to ensure tender compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client follow-ups and contract negotiations
Proficiency in monitoring tender portals and maintaining records
Relevant experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree
