Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive, located in Mumbai. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, managing the tender process, coordinating with different departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing potential opportunities, attending tender meetings, and maintaining a database of tenders and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit online/offline tenders.
• Review tender documents and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required documentation.
• Maintain tender records, follow-ups, and timely submissions.

Desired Profile:

✔️ 1–5 years of relevant experience.

SS Tube & Pipe sector preferred

✔️ Knowledge of e-tendering portals.

✔️ Strong communication & documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and submitting tenders
• Knowledge of tender processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
