Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Umbergaon, Gujarat, for the role of Plant Head (ERW SS Welded Tube & Pipe). The Plant Head will oversee plant operations, manage production planning, ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, and handle budgeting. Responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality norms, optimizing production efficiency, and managing resources and teams effectively to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complete plant operations.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Implement cost control measures and optimize resources.
• Manage and motivate the production team.
• Coordinate with HR, purchase, and sales departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (MBA preferred).

• Mandatory:

  Experience in

  SS Welded Tube & Pipe industry (10–20 years)

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, maintenance, and manpower management.
