Tender Executive

Job Title: Tendering and Procurement Executive (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tendering and Procurement Executive to manage online and offline tendering processes. The ideal candidate should have experience with e-procurement platforms, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tendering & Portal Management:
• Manage GeM Portal (create categories, upload products, and tendering).
• Handle E-Tendering and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
• Submit documents (general, technical, commercial) on various portals (GeM, CPP, MP, Defence, State Govt.).
• Tender Preparation & Submission:
• Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, FDRs, and DDs as per tender requirements.
• Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with company requirements.
• Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Vendor Registration & Coordination:
• Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
• Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks (salary/attendance registers).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and communication in English and Hindi.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
